Exchanges Only

We do not accept returns, but we’re happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product seal must remain unbroken.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition (e.g., no visible signs of use or tampering).

Important:
For hygiene and safety reasons, any product with a broken seal or visible signs of use (e.g., demarcation) will be returned to the customer as a final sale.
